is there going to be any music played during dinner?

Yep! There will be "background" music..something classical.

It all looks pretty fantastic to me.

Since the ceremony and reception are in the same place, is there some kind of tear-down/reorganization between parts? How will that work?

And, when and where will the pictures be taken?

The ceremony and reception aren't in the same place. College church is still reserved for the actual wedding, then we're heading over to the hotel for the reception. At least, that's what I got from S's last few posts.

I was thinking that maybe 4:30 would be a better time for the wedding...what do you think? The pictures will be taken before and after the wedding, but mainly before.

Oh, and thanks for all your help! :-)

The whole ceremony timing-

4:30 is an afternoon wedding, your schedule would indicate dinner at 6:30--if everything goes to schedule.

5:00 is an evening wedding, dinner at 7. I think this makes the whole thing seem more formal, fancier.

You might take into consideration how easy it is for your guests to get there earlier or get home later. If there are a lot of kids, their parents probably would appreciate dinner a little earlier. If you serve later, they will probably be taken home right after cake and any partying after could be more adult friendly. Personally, I like fancy and I dislike children, but it's your wedding, not mine :)
